What is Maney?
A: Maney is a service marketplace for all your service needs. Maney is a web based with mobile app version platform that makes it easier for every user to manage their service requests, booking appointments, and payments. With a few easy steps users can have bookings confirmed while saving time and money.

Is it Free?
A: Yes, Maney only charges a fee when a job is completed.


What is Business Verification?
A: All our service providers are required to provide proof of Business Ownership, Years in Business and Company Address.

I can’t find the service I am looking for, anything that you can do?
A: We are currently accepting suggestions on services and you can let us know on how we can help to bring more services to serve you better.

How can I cancel / reschedule bookings?
A: Once the booking is paid and confirmed it will be considered an official booking. You can still cancel or reschedule the booking within the cooling period by accessing the bookings menu. Please alert us if you have difficulties in performing the changes.

Can I trust the service providers?
A: All service providers are verified and the amount paid will only be released after the booking is completed.

How to join Maney?

What is Cooling and Lock Period?
A: The Cooling Period is the time between booking and the lock period. If the lock period overlaps with the cooling period, the shorter of the two periods applies.
The Lock Period is a set period before the booked time, usually 24 hours, but it can be different depending on the service. Buyers has a minimum cooling period of 15 minutes to cancel the service without incurring any charges.

Is my Payment in Maney secure?
A: Our site uses a third-party payment gateway to process all payments. This means that when you make a purchase on our site, your payment information is not stored on our servers. Instead, it is sent to the payment gateway’s servers for processing.
